Capital Lacrosse Academy is a program designed to improve all aspects of lacrosse for players in Ottawa. The academy will be developing all athletic abilities through strategically designed programs written by head coach Callum Crawford. Each program is designed specifically to the athletes within the program. The Program runs through a number of different phases starting with pure athletic development and shifting into lacrosse specific training. The Capital Lacrosse Academy’s goal is to help lacrosse players within the Ottawa area pursue a future within the sport and helping each athlete achieve their goals. This camp was specifically designed for U11, U13 & U15 players and will focus on Speed development, Speed Mechanics, Core Stability, General Strength and overall athletic conditioning. |
